Hi again, I have another day%26#39;s plans which I would like your advice on. Can we do all this in one day (Tuesday)?
Take Pavonia PATH from Journal Square to 33rd Street.
Stay underground and from the Herald Sq station take the B or D train uptown. Get off at 47-50 Streets Rockefeller Center.
Check out Rockefeller Center.
Walk to St. Patricks Cathedral on 5th Avenue between 50 %26amp; 51 streets.
Walk north on 5th Ave and turn left onto 53rd to see the Museum of Modern Art. (purchase citypass here).
Eat lunch. Any suggestions of good pizza or deli%26#39;s in the area?
Walk back to 5th Ave and head south to New York Public Library.
Continue walking south on 5th to Empire State Building.
Take PATH back to Jersey City around 5:00pm.
Any advice would be welcomed, as always!

No, because MOMA is closed on Tuesdays.

Otherwise, it sounds feasible. Give yourself some leeway to sit down for a moment! This plan includes lots of walking and standing.
Eat pizza at Two Boots at Rockefeller Center. What about going to the Top of the Rock observatory?
If you do both, lines are often shorter at the ESB during the late afternoon, so that should work out good.
Need advice on itinerary of another day in NYC
If you did this on another day of the week (other than Tuesday) it would make more sense to take the V from 34th to 53rd and Fifth (Fifth Avenue station; exit towards the rear of the ';uptown %26amp; Queens'; train), check out MoMA across the street, and then walk down Fifth (past St. Pat%26#39;s %26amp; Rock. Ctr./Library//Empire State Building) and turn right on 34th, or 33rd, or 32nd to Sixth and the PATH train.
From Herald Square you can also take the N or R or W to Fifth Avenue, and walk down Fifth (with a detour at 53rd for MoMA) from Central Park South/Grand Army Plaza.
If the kids with you are Basketball fans (I%26#39;m 6%26#39;6';, but have always hated the sport...) check out the NBA store at Fifth and 52nd.
Queen, thanks for catching that. I originally had the MoMa on a different day and then switched it to Tuesday without checking when it was open. I%26#39;ll move the whole day to Thursday. Also will try Two Boots! We decided since we were going to ESB that we didn%26#39;t need to go to the TotR also, as ESB is included in our city pass.
Green, thanks for the suggestions. The only problem is that the MoMa doesn%26#39;t open until 10:30a, so I was trying to do things before it opened, but realize it added some extra walking. Still not sure which way I%26#39;ll go. We do have two boys, ages 10 and 14, with us who would LOVE the BB store. Thanks for telling us about it.
