Oddly, you can get good ones at the Hudson Hotel of all places.

Bar 89 in Soho (89 mercer street) mixes a great mojito and the best cosmo in all New York!! The bathroom is worth seeing....

I was just at Pravda and they make killer mojitos. 281 Lafayette Street just south of Houston next to the Puck Building - 1 flight down from street level.

Also the Cubana Cafe on Thompson

Citrus is on the UWS and had a great mojito - not a cuban rest., but serves a great one
