magic shows in NYC

I was interested in attending a magic show if possible with my teenage daughter. One mentioned on TA cost $100 per person which is a little more than I want to spend. Any other shows for less?

Check out Chamber Magic with Steve Cohen. www.chambermagic.com. Normally tickets run about $50 per person, but broadwaybox usually has discount codes. Its a great show that takes place in a suite at the Waldorf. It has a limited # of people making it very intimate. He does some wonderful tricks, mind games, slight of hand, etc. I highly recommend it.

Monday Night Magic is lots of fun, check it out.

I have seen Chamber Magic too,and it is also great, up close %26amp; personal.

We also went to Chamber Magic and it was great. Highly recommend it.

You can get Monday Night Magic tix for $26.50 -- 20% off the usual $32.50 price -- via Playbill.com. You need to become a Playbill Club ';member';, but it%26#39;s free to join and all you have to do is give them your e-mail address.

Since you live in Simi Valley, start asking around work, friends, neighbors, anything you do, if anyone is a member of the Magic Castle (many companies get memberships as perks for clients) - it%26#39;s in Hollywood, and it is just a great experience, a whole night of magic in a spooky old mansion, both large scale and close-up shows.

Sorry it%26#39;s not NY related but it is really worth seeking out if you live in the LA area.

And guess what, if you show your Monday Night Magic tix at 1 of 7 restraurants in the area that nightt, you get 10%-20% off your dinner tab; click the Dinner Discounts tab at MNM%26#39;s home page:

Chamber Magic! great show, got an email a month ago stating it%26#39;s an all new show for those of us who have seen it already.

SNL,

Great news! I loved Chamber Magic and would like to see a new performance.

For you locals who haven%26#39;t see this yet...it%26#39;s definitely worth it.

Thanks to each and every one of you for your helpful ideas. I could not have found this information anywhere else! I%26#39;ll let you know what we end up doing. From here I want to do it all, but realize we may have our own pace when we get there.

Warmwinds, yes I am aware of the Magic Castle, but unfortunately don%26#39;t know anyone who works there. Funny, how when you live near something you may be less likely to visit. Thanks for the suggestion, I need to venture into my own backyard!!
