Food network kitchen

I am planning our trip to NY and was wondering where this kitchen is located. I think I read some where that it is located in a market. We will be leaving for New York in 7 short days. Thanks

The Food Network is located in Chelsea Market, 9th Avenue @15th/16th Street, but I think the kitchen is in the studio where the taping is done, therefore not open to the public.

The market is nice to visit, however, if you are in the area.

The entrance to the Chelsea Food Market is on Ninth Avenue between 15th and 16th Streets. TVFN is on the sixth floor (I%26#39;m assuming you have tickets for a taping, or you won%26#39;t get past security).

Anyone know how to get tickets for a taping? Any show, I don%26#39;t care which.

The only TVFN show that tapes in NYC before a live audience is Emeril Live, and tickets are chosen by lottery. Details:

Thanks for the Emeril link - but sounds like we have a better chance of being struck by lightning!

You do have a better chance of being struck by lightning but Chelsea Market is worth the trip (at least for my wife it is)
