How wet are you?

Great shots of flooding in New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

How has the rain affected New York City? I guess that it is still hot and even more humid.

We are totally the opposite here. One month of winter down and it was the driest for 30 years but also the coldest for 20 years (or vice versa - lol). Today the strictest water restrictions came into force AND its winter!!!! Not only can%26#39;t I wash my car but there isn%26#39;t even any rain to get rid of the dust!!

How wet are you?

Terrible floods in upstate NY, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. NYC had some wet streets and subways, but it%26#39;s dried out fairly well. Those areas that were flooded are in horrendous condition - it isn%26#39;t just water they were flooded with but poluted water mixed with petroleum, waste and mud. The predicitons for the area are no rain on Saturday, but with scattered thundershowers on Sunday.

Ta. MMM!

How wet are you?

I think it%26#39;s important to clarify the above information. Yes, areas of NJ, DE, and upstate NY are inundated with flooding, but there are no effects on NYC at this point.
